Rick remains closely involved even after your offer is accepted. He guides you through the purchase agreement, technical inspection, valuation process, and ensures a smooth and stress-free route to the final transfer at the notary’s office. You are never left to figure things out alone.

Based on our conversation, we actively search for suitable homes. We’ll make the appointments on your behalf and accompany you to all viewings.

Viewings.
During the viewings, we look at the property objectively, pointing out key details and possible (structural) defects. We also investigate the HOA and neighborhood as needed.
Step 4
Negotiation and purchase agreement.
We assist with drafting a competitive offer and help define the right conditions (such as financing or inspection clauses). We handle negotiations and walk you through the purchase agreement.
Step 5
Congratulations on your new home!
We accompany you during the final inspection and notary appointment. Time to pop the champagne — you’ve bought your dream home!
